She has authored a monograph titled ‘Fault tolerant Micro Mobility Protocols – Technology and Protocols for Wireless Networks’.
She is the Principal Investigator of AICTE - RPS project ‘Development of autonomous Mobile health care service.
She is the guest editor for special issues of IJCSIS, Vol. 14, CIC 2016, Intelligence in Communication Systems, Inderscience Publishers, 2017, editor for GREEN ICT 2013 conference proceedings, Editorial Board Member IJAEEE and IJACTE. She reviews manuscripts for Springer, Elsevier, Wiley and many more.
She has been the Chair, Co-chair and Invited/ Keynote Speaker in various forums and has delivered a host of domain based expert talks/ presentations/lectures in various FDPs, STTPs, Conferences, Workshops, Tutorials, Panel discussions and Seminars.
She has been the Organizing Secretary for International Conference CIC 2016, National conference GREEN ICT 2013, FDP on Internet of Everything and WSN- Issues & Challenges 2018 and 2013.
She has organized several workshops on Network simulators, Linux OS, Embedded micro controllers, Cloud computing etc., focused mainly to train the faculties and students of engineering colleges in Tamilnadu and Puducherry.
She is the research supervisor at Pondicherry University and has more than 100 publications in reputed/indexed Journals, Books, Book chapters, Conference proceedings etc.
Currently, she is involved in doing collaborative research in Energy Efficient Communications and Healthcare Applications with leading academic institutions and hospitals in Tamilnadu, Puducherry and Karnataka
