Empirical Study on Employee Engagement and Organizational Performance: HR Analytics Analysis Revati Ramrao Rautrao, Nikita Suresh Nille Robo Advisors and Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources Management Revolutionizing Hr, 2026 This empirical investigation interrogates the intricate nexus between employee engagement and organizational performance, foregrounding the pivotal role of HR analytics as a diagnostic and predictive instrument. Employee engagement, conceptualized as a multidimensional construct encompassing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral commitment, has been demonstrated to catalyze innovation, enhance productivity, and sustain organizational competitiveness. Drawing on primary survey data and secondary scholarly sources, the study scrutinizes how leadership effectiveness, recognition systems, work–life balance, and organizational culture collectively shape employee involvement. Through quantitative and qualitative analyses, the findings reveal a reciprocal relationship wherein heightened engagement fosters superior organizational outcomes, which in turn reinforce a culture of commitment and satisfaction. HR analytics emerges as a transformative enabler, furnishing actionable insights into performance indicators, absenteeism, individual and team 62productivity, and overall workforce well-being. The integration of datadriven insights with human-centric strategies underscores the necessity of adopting adaptive HR practices to sustain long-term growth. Ultimately, this study posits that employee engagement, when systematically cultivated and analytically monitored, constitutes not merely a human resource prerogative but a strategic imperative essential to advancing resilience, agility, and sustainable organizational excellence.

Collaboration Business Models and Frameworks in Federated Learning Revati Ramrao Rautrao, A. V. Senthil Kumar, Sanjayan Thottapattunjalil Suseelan Adversarial AI and Data Poisoning in Federated Learning, 2026 Federated Learning (FL) has enabled decentralised collaboration so that many stakeholders can train models without sharing raw data. However, the distributed nature exposes the system to risks such as data poisoning and unfavourable AI attacks, which compromise the model integrity and the organisational tasks. This chapter checks the outline of collaboration in FL, including platform federated data ecosystems, consortium-based models and cross-industry partnerships. While these structures increase scalability, personalisation and economic value, they also introduce the model updates and weaknesses in gradient manipulation. Discussed solutions include strong aggregation algorithms, blockchain competition, competent traceability, rejection of nonconformities, encouragement, human-in-loop supervision, regulatory compliance and moral AI theory. By integrating technical, organisational and moral security measures, the chapter presents a comprehensive approach to safe, flexible and reliable ecosystems.
The Future of Augmented Reality in the Insurance Industry: HR as a Strategic Enabler of Innovation and Sustainability Revati Ramrao Rautrao, T. S. Sanjayan, Inna Koblianska, Amol Gawande, Atul Kumar, Manjiri Joshi Green Policies and Augmented Reality in Insurtech Catalysts for Sustainability and Innovation, 2026 Augmented reality (AR) manifests itself as a transformative tool in the rapid insurance industry, which provides innovative solutions to increase risk assessment, the treatment of requirements, and customer involvement. This chapter examines the transformative ability of the improved reality (AR) in the insurance industry, which focuses on the strategic role of human resource (HR) leadership in conducting innovation, employee development, and stability. Through thematic analysis of secondary data derived from academic magazines, HR analysis platforms, and industry reports, the study identifies major trends, including the customer’s occupied, training and development, operation, operational efficiency, and impact on environmental ability. Conclusions show that HR professionals develop into strategic partners by taking advantage of AR to discontinue skills, increase engagement learning, handle digital changes, and improve the welfare of the employee. HR-led initiative is in line with using AR with green HRM practices, reducing organizational carbon footprints through paperless systems and external work functions. The study also emphasizes the increasing importance of interdisciplinary AR efficiency and AR-integrated learning experience platforms (LXP) in the creation of the workforce prepared for the future. By preparing HR as a catalyst for AR integration, the research presents a forward-looking model for permanent digital changes in the insurance sector.

An AI-Driven VR Learning Framework Using RL-Optimized Transformer Models for Personalized English Proficiency Assessment A. Sri Lakshmi, E. S. Sharmila Sigamany, Revati Ramrao Rautrao, K. Ezhilmathi, Dr. Bhuvaneswari Pagidipati, Elangovan Muniyandy, Dr. Adlin Sheeba International Journal of Advanced Computer Science and Applications, 2026 Effective English language learning demands adaptive, interactive, and flexible instructional support, which traditional e-learning systems and existing AI tutors struggle to provide due to limited immersion, static feedback mechanisms, isolated task structures, and the absence of robust reward-driven learning strategies. Although prior studies on VR-based learning environments and Natural Language Processing (NLP) have reported enhanced learner motivation and engagement, most existing solutions suffer from fixed task sequencing, limited real-time linguistic intelligence, and inadequate grammar and pronunciation correction capabilities. To address these challenges, this study proposes a Virtual Reality–based architecture named the Self-Evolving Neural Intelligence Tutor (SENIT), driven by Curriculum Reinforcement Learning and Hierarchical Adaptive Weighting. SENIT integrates a fine-tuned T5 transformer for grammar refinement and prosody-aware feedback, while a reinforcement learning agent dynamically adjusts task difficulty and lesson progression based on learner performance. Developed using Python and TensorFlow and deployed within a Unity3D VR environment, SENIT enables realistic conversational simulations and multimodal learner assessment. Experimental evaluation on a dedicated VR English Learning Dataset demonstrates grammar and pronunciation accuracy improvements of 90% and 81%, respectively, outperforming existing models by approximately 12 percentage points. Additionally, learners achieved notable fluency gains and high engagement scores, highlighting SENIT’s effectiveness in delivering personalized, immersive language learning experiences.
