Faozen, SE., M.Si. is a Lecturer of Hospitality Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Jember. Born in Jember on July 11, 1984. Completed his Bachelor of Economics and Business from Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Jember in 2008. Completed his Masters at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember, Master of Management Study Program in 2014 and was named the fastest graduate and kumlot and is currently trusted as an Auditor of AMI and SPMI-PT, campus radio manager and journal manager.

I am interested in research on, Hospitality Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Tourist Motivations, Tourism Marketing, Destination Choice Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality Sector, Travel Behavior, Tour Guide, Tourist Attraction Management, Crisis Management, Tourism Communication, Motivation, Leadership, stress management
