Degree in Nutrition from the Federal University of Paraíba (2004) and master's degree in Nutrition Sciences from the Federal University of Paraíba (2006), PhD in Natural and Bioactive Synthetic products from the Federal University of Paraíba (2011). Post-doctoral internship at the University of Valencia Spain in the Food Toxicology Laboratory of the Department of Preventive Medicine - Centro de Farmacia - Burjasot (2016-2017) She is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Paraíba. He has experience in the area of Microbiology, with an emphasis on Applied Microbiology, working mainly on the following topics: Food Toxicology (Mycotoxin Investigation). Quality Control, Tools for Quality Management in Food Services, Health Surveillance Practice, HACCP, GMP, POP. Integrated work in the hospitality area with an emphasis on Hotel and Gastronomy.
