Lin, Chuan-Tsai was born in Chunghua, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1971. He received the B.S. degree in Department of Industrial Education from the National Chunghua University of Education (NCUE), Chunghua, Taiwan, in 1994, and then received the M.S. degree in Department of Electronic Engineering from the National Chung Cheng University (NCCU), Chiayi, Taiwan, in 2000. He acquired the Ph.D. degree in Department of Electrical and Control Engineering from the National Chiao-Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan in 2009.
He teaches electronics in Changhua Senior Industrial Vocational High School, NCUE. His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision and smart car.
