Proceedings of 6th International Conference on Expert Clouds and Applications Icoeca 2026, 2026
The accelerated growth of networked systems has brought about an exposure to sophisticated cyber threats, which mandate intelligent and explainable mechanisms to detect them. This research introduces a real time cyber threat detection and analysis platform based on deep neural networks and explainable artificial intelligence techniques. The system uses a multilayer neural network model using structured network traffic features and has a strict correspondence between training and inference preprocessing to ensure prediction consistency. A scalable batch-based inference pipeline is implemented for efficient handling of large traffic volumes while probabilistic threat scoring enables risk-aware decision making. To aid transparency, SHAP-based explain is integrated to recognize influential features giving to attack predictions in assistance of analyst trust and forensic investigation. The platform further includes user authentication, permanent results logging, and automated alerting via email and SMS for enabling timely response. Experimental deployment shows that it achieves its objective of classifying the malicious and normal traffic patterns and giving interpretable explains about how models functioning, and it can be deployed into real-world security monitoring scenario.
  • Dynamic Spectrum Allocation via Quantum-Driven Learning for Cognitive Radio Systems
    G. Amjad Khan, Rajganesh A, P. Thenmozhi, V. Anitha Lakshmi, R. Krishnamoorthy, R. Thiagarajan
Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Sentiment Analysis and Deep Learning Icsadl 2026, 2026
The sharp increase in the number of wireless devices has increased the need of dynamic and smart spectrum management within Cognitive Radio Networks (CRNs). The traditional methods of static allocation are not efficient towards responding to real-time spectrum scarcity and dynamic channel environment. In this paper, a new Quantum-Driven Reinforcement Learning (QRL) paradigm is proposed as an efficient and safe method of allocating dynamically the spectrum in CRNs. The suggested model uses the principles of quantum amplitude encoding and Grover-inspired quantum search to allow the Secondary Users (SUs) to acquire the knowledge of spectrum availability at a higher rate of convergence and reduced collision risk with the Primary Users (PUs). The CRN simulation environment has real world limitations, that are multipath fading, user mobility and adversarial interference. The suggested QRL model was tested in comparison with the classical Q-learning, Deep Q-Networks (DQN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifiers. Findings indicate that the QRL model attains 95.0 % efficiency in spectrum utilization, <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{0. 7 \%} \text{PU}$</tex> interference and a faster convergence rate (<tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{3 0 \%}$</tex>) than DQN. In addition, the QRL architecture has less inference latency and scales to multiple SU agents, and it is also computationally efficient. These advancements confirm the possibilities of quantum-enhanced learning to real-time spectrum decision-making of next-generation 6 G and IoTdriven wireless networks. The paper draws a conclusion that quantum-based decision agents will be capable of offering adaptive, energy efficient and interference aware spectrum allocation even in highly dynamic settings. Further development of this project will be to execute quantum circuit optimization and to test the model on quantum processors hardware to determine the viability of real-world implementation in distributed spectrum systems.
  • Integrated Deep Learning Methodology for Early Glaucoma Detection and Diagnosis using Retinal Fundus Images

2024 International Conference on Advances in Computing Research on Science Engineering and Technology Acroset 2024, 2024
This study proposes a thorough methodology for diagnosing glaucoma in retinal fundus pictures using modern image processing and deep learning techniques. The photos are resized using Nearest Neighbor Interpolation before being converted to grayscale, noise reduced with a Kalman Filter, and contrast enhanced with Dualistic Sub-Image Histogram Equalization. Scale-Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) is used to extract features, which are then processed by VGS Net, a deep learning network developed exclusively for glaucoma diagnosis. The methodology has been confirmed by extensive performance analysis, with an accuracy of 99.06%, precision of 99.19%, recall of 98.13%, and an F1 score of 97.65%. These findings show that the proposed technique is both effective and reliable, making it a promising tool for detecting early glaucoma in clinical settings.

Over the last decade, the front-end design in the RF transceiver has become a major role and is greatly enhancing the data rate of the transceiver. RF design is augmenting due to the fast-growing wireless communications markets. For a motivated potential design required data rate, low latency, gain, stability, and linearity considerations must converge. Being different wings of technology, the RF design, and its implementation is a difficult task even though such long research on RF and Microwave theory. CMOS technology has made unique considerable progress since its development in the mid-sixties. Over ten years after the fact, during the seventies, the first industrial products were made available in the market. Today, CMOS technology is a widely accepted standard for innovation and the versatile market of computerized ICs. The essential ambition of RF communication is to transmit and receive information through analog RF front ends. LNAs are found in an environment to amplify weak signals which are operating in numerous operational frequencies such as Bluetooth devices, cordless telephones, some radio equipment, and wireless keyboards. In this paper, with associated trade-offs in RF design, a systematic method for designing an LNA block with accurate MOS transistor sizing and computation of precise passive components is presented.

Quality Assessment (IQA) by using mathematical methods is offering favorable results in calculating visual quality of distorted images. These methods are developed by examining effective features that are compatible with characteristics of Human Visual System (HVS). But many of those methods are difficult to apply for optimization problems. This paper presents DCT based metric with easy implementation and having mathematical properties like differentiability, convexity and valid distance metricability to overcome the optimization problems. By using this method we are able to calculate the quality of image as a whole as well as the quality of local image regions.
