  • The implications of artificial intelligence in management consulting: A risk and barrier assessment
    Siddhartha Paul Tiwari
    Multidisciplinary Reviews, 2025
In the world of management consulting, a looming question is whether artificial intelligence will replace management consultants or not or perhaps not entirely. However, the field of management consulting is likely to undergo dramatic changes in the near future. Based on more precise pattern recognition, artificial intelligence can assist management consultants in resolving issues, creating value, maximising growth, and improving business performance. Management consultants provide objective advice and expertise using their business skills, and assist an organization in developing any specialist skills that it may lack. Artificial intelligence can assist management consultants in generating structures, performing data analytics quickly and serving as a personal and data assistant. As artificial intelligence (AI) has advanced rapidly in recent years, many applications have been developed in management consulting. Enhancing the productivity of management consulting could be one of the most economically and socially beneficial uses of artificial intelligence. Through the use of artificial intelligence (AI), management consulting companies and individual consultants may be able to grow, innovate, and meet global challenges in an accelerated manner. As a career, management consulting can be one of the most rewarding and satisfying in terms of both remuneration and job satisfaction. The use of artificial intelligence in management consulting can, however, pose some security and ethical challenges which are discussed in this paper.

  • The human engine of industry 4.0: A psychological framework for digital transformation in manufacturing
Adi Fahrudin, Kus Hanna Rahmi, Fahmi Ilman Fahrudin, Siddhartha Paul Tiwari
Integrating Digital Innovation and Integrated Frameworks in Manufacturing, 2025
This study explores the psychological factors influencing the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies in manufacturing. Moving beyond a purely technological perspective, it introduces a psychological framework based on the Precaution Adoption Process Model and Resource Dependence Theory. The study identifies seven key psychological barriers: acceptability, resistance, readiness, motivation, cognizance, funding, and commitment to change. Findings show that while organizational resources affect perceived competence, this does not necessarily reduce risk perception. The paper emphasizes the importance of human-centric design, emotional intelligence, and employee engagement in facilitating digital transformation. It highlights the role of cognitive ergonomics, motivation strategies, and adaptive skill development in shaping workforce readiness. Addressing challenges such as technological anxiety and change resistance requires inclusive leadership, continuous training, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Building a content moderation framework to provide a safe and secure experience for omnichannel commerce
    Siddhartha Paul Tiwari
Content Moderation in the Age of AI, 2025
The rapid expansion of content, omnicommerce platforms have encountered significant challenges when it comes to maintaining stringent quality standards, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the safety and trust of users. The sheer volume of content uploaded on a daily basis poses significant moderation challenges, necessitating the detection and management of listings that might be irrelevant, inappropriate, obscene, illegal, harmful, or defamatory in nature. As the content volume on omnicommerce platforms grows exponentially, manual moderation becomes increasingly inefficient, prone to errors, and overly time consuming, which is why it has become imperative to develop a robust, scalable moderation solution. For omnicommerce platforms to be able to address these critical challenges, advanced technologies need to be utilized in order to design and implement a premoderation framework that is innovative and adaptive.

  • Psychological well-being of human content moderators and wellness strategies in AI-driven content moderation organizations
Adi Fahrudin, Siddhartha Paul Tiwari, Kus Hanna Rahmi
Content Moderation in the Age of AI, 2025
As the digital landscape becomes an increasingly central part of daily life, the psychological well-being of individuals is shaped not only by personal and social factors but also by the technological systems that govern online spaces. Among these, AI-driven content moderation organizations play a pivotal role in curating digital interactions and regulating harmful content. This chapter explores the intersection of psychological well-being and AI-powered moderation, examining how algorithms affect emotional experiences, identity formation, and online safety. By integrating psychological theory with emerging concerns around artificial intelligence in content governance, the paper offers a nuanced understanding of how digital systems can both support and challenge mental health.
  • Is export-oriented and currency dynamics-based Indian soybean revolution environment-friendly?
Siddhartha Paul Tiwari, S. P. Tiwari
    Current Science, 2018
Export orientation, market liberalization and currency dynamics have significantly promoted agricultural and industrial growth in export commodities. Rapid spread of soybean in South America and India is a glaring example of this. The saga of Indian soy revolution has been told and ramifications of the Indian soybean industry have been documented. Soybean expansion in South America has been associated with environmental loss. The Indian soy revolution needs to be viewed from this angle.
