BackgroundThis study aims to assess how well several machine learning (ML) algorithms predict the physical, social, and mental health condition of university students.ObjectivesThe physical health measurements used in the study include BMI (Body Mass Index), %BF (percentage of Body Fat), BSC (Blood Serum Cholesterol), SBP (Systolic Blood Pressure), and DBP (Diastolic Blood Pressure).MethodsThe mental health evaluation relied on the following methods: PHQ‐9 (Patient Health Questionnaire‐9), ISI (Insomnia Severity Index), GAD‐7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale), and SBQ‐R (Suicidal Behaviors Questionnaire‐Revised). The study assessed KEYES, the comprehensive social health indicator. The study uses a famous methodology for training and testing four well‐known ML algorithms, namely the K‐nearest neighbors algorithm, decision trees, Naïve Bayes, and the random forest algorithm. Results and ConclusionsThe recall value of the RF algorithm is higher by 2.0%, 4.15%, and 11.25%, respectively. The F‐score value of the RF algorithm is also the highest. The differences amount to 4.56% (Naïve Bayes), 2.50% (DT), and 11.20% (K‐NN). Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F‐score were used to assess the researched ML algorithms' prediction ability. With a 99.40% prediction accuracy, a 97.60% precision, a 99.30% recall, and an F‐score value of 98.70%, the Random Forest method performed the best. ML algorithms can serve as tools for the prediction of physical, mental, and social health state of patients, including students, but they have a rather narrow scope of application and do not cover all aspects of health. - Comparison of the parameters of a flat solar collector with a tubular collector to ensure energy flexibility in smart buildings

This study examines the application and implementation of energy-efficient measures and strategies for use in buildings aimed at achieving the goal of virtually zero energy consumption by buildings. In particular, the aim of the study is to introduce integrated solar devices into the building, functioning as a functional component of the structure for heat storage, in order to increase the flexibility of the structure while maintaining comfortable conditions inside. This article discusses an experimental comparison of flat and tubular solar collectors in the southern and northern regions of Kazakhstan. Compared to glass (S = 3), a tubular solar collector has a coefficient of thermal conductivity that is two times lower for single-layer elements and 2.5 times lower for double-layer elements. This means that less heat is lost. A flat solar collector was also developed, a heat-insulating translucent double-glazed window with reduced pressure, and the coolant is made of thin-walled corrugated stainless-steel pipe. In this collector, there is a constant circulation of heat, which increases the efficiency of heat transfer by eliminating additional partitions between the panel and thermal insulation. A calculation was carried out that allowed us to determine the productivity and useful gain for two collectors. The annual increase in the useful energy of flat solar collectors is about 12780000 kJ/hour and 20100000 kJ/hour for tubular solar collectors; therefore, the annual increase in the useful energy of evacuated tubular collectors is 20% more than that of flat plate collectors in the northern region. - INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL SYSTEM FOR ASSESSING THE HEALTH STATUS OF STUDENTS

This article examines the mechanism for researching and improving the energy efficiency of a solar water heating system (SWH) in a building located in Kazakhstan. In this paper, we use data collected from LoRaWAN to obtain information about various environmental and operational aspects of the system under consideration, which determine the possibilities for improving the efficiency of various SWH subsystems and develop management strategies for the effective operation of the entire system. With the help of data collected by IoT, such as water consumption, the schedule of the heat pump and water pump, the availability of solar energy and electricity consumption, we conduct a comprehensive energy audit to analyze the efficiency of subsystems, as well as the performance of the system as a whole. Based on the findings obtained from the data analysis, appropriate management strategies are developed for various subsystems in order to increase the efficiency of the entire system and reduce the operating costs of SWH. - Evaluation of Independent Work of Students in Distance Learning Based on Eutagogy

This study aims to identify the impact of distance learning and eutagogy theory on enhancing student independent work based on the digital footprint. In order to assess the time and quality of independent work based on the students' digital footprint, a set of criteria and indicators based on eutagogy is determined, quantitative indicators are selected, and a methodology is proposed that can be used to assess the progress of each student. The article includes algorithms for assessing the success of independent work based on empirical data and learning analytics. The developed algorithms make it possible to interpret digital footprints of the performance of independent work in distance learning, evaluate its success and adjust the student's learning trajectory. - Modeling in studying computer graphics in the fundamentalization of computer science

Vector oriented at a certain stability level and set up by state, has a direct impact over the social and cultural environment development and changes within this environment. In this respect, some of the most significant issues arisen in the context of globalization in poly-cultural Russia became difficulties of implementing the Western states programs on interpersonal relationship regulation within a poly-cultural society. In this respect a non-standard approach should be adopted and specificity of dealing with more than one hundred diverse cultures and ethnic groups should be considered. This requires a full-scale research of any possible ways to settle the poly-cultural society organization issue, this society being based on tolerance and mutual respect principles. The results of investigations performed obviously show that a complex solution is needed to create new patterns of communication and sustainable cooperation between different cultures, taking into account the multitude of distinct features and ways of settlement.
