Mrs. Vinothini Arivalagan, a lecturer in Tamil, received her primary education at Trincomalee Sri Shanmuga Vidyalayam and secondary education at Matale Pakkiyam National College. Subsequently, she completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the University of Peradeniya.
