DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCITRACK INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATING REPORTING IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS Zhanna Shangitova, Malika Shangitova, Baktygul Assanova, Shynar Yelezhanova, Zhadra Moldasheva, Elvira Gaisina Eastern European Journal of Enterprise Technologies, 2026 The object of the study is the automation of accounting and reporting of scientific activities in educational organizations. The problem addressed is the inefficiency and high labor intensity of existing approaches, as well as the limited adaptability of available solutions to institutional needs. With the digitalization of educational organizations, there is a growing demand for effective information systems that automate accounting processes and generate reports on academic and pedagogical activities. Existing solutions, mainly international and local Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, offer extensive functionality but are complex, resource-intensive, and poorly adapted to educational institutions. A modular information system was designed and implemented, managing data on staff, publications, and awards, with a unified data model and automated report generation. The essence of the results lies in the development and validation of the SciTrack (Republic of Kazakhstan) system, which integrates all scientific activity data into a single structured environment and ensures automated processing and reporting. Its modular design and centralized database eliminate data duplication, reduce manual work, and accelerate report preparation. SciTrack is easy to customize, simpler to implement than traditional ERP systems, and automatically calculates summary indicators, such as total publications and awards. Standardized data structures, centralized storage, and automated algorithms implemented in Python with a Tkinter interface explain these results. The system improves reporting efficiency, reduces labor costs, and enhances analytical quality, demonstrating practical value for educational organizations. It can be deployed in universities with basic information technologies infrastructure requiring regular monitoring of research performance
Method of Synthesis of Linguistic Models of Slow Coking Unit Coking Reactors in Fuzzy Environment Baktygul Assanova, Batyr Orazbayev, Zhanna Shangitova, Zhadra Moldasheva, Kulman Orazbayeva, Dinara Kaibassova Isas 2025 9th International Symposium on Innovative Approaches in Smart Technologies Proceedings, 2025 This study addresses the challenges associated with constructing mathematical models for systems described by imprecise or fuzzy data inputs and outputs. A novel approach is introduced for synthesizing linguistic models tailored to complex technical systems operating within fuzzy environments. Specifically, the methodology is applied to the modeling of delayed coking unit (DCU) reactors using fuzzy logic principles. A fuzzy inference system was designed based on expert-derived rule bases to evaluate coke quality and fugacity under uncertain operational conditions. MATLAB’s Fuzzy Logic Toolbox was employed to simulate the fuzzy environment and derive the models. The developed linguistic models effectively capture the influence of temperature and pressure on coke quality, offering a powerful tool for system analysis and decision-making.

Development of Coke Chambers Models of Delayed Coking Unit under uncertain initial information Baktygul Assanova, Batyr Orazbayev, Zhanna Shangitova, Zhadra Moldasheva, Kulman Orazbayeva, Dinara Kozhakhmetova Isas 2023 7th International Symposium on Innovative Approaches in Smart Technologies Proceedings, 2023 Problems of development of complex technological objects models, on the example of coke chambers of delayed coking unit, which are characterised by fuzzyness of some output parameters, are investigated and an approach to their solution is proposed. A method for developing models of objects with fuzzy parameters has been developed and described, which is implemented in the development of clear and fuzzy models of coke chambers. The originality of the proposed method lies in the development of effective models of objects with fuzzy parameters using available statistical and fuzzy information and the idea of a systems approach. On the basis of the developed models, the simulation of the modes of operation of coke chambers was carried out and the optimal modes of their operation were determined. The obtained results of the proposed method are compared with the results of known methods and real production data, and the advantages of the proposed approach to modelling taking into account the fuzzyness of some output parameters of the object are shown.
