The aim is to evaluate the effect of the feed additive Resveratrol (98%) on productive performance, lipid quality of the fillet, activity of enzymes involved in fatty acid metabolism (fatty acid synthase, elongases and desaturases) and the expression of related genes in juvenile pirarucu (Arapaima gigas).
