FUTURE PROJECTS

Analysis of the Integration of Logistics Functions with the Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) System in Hybrid Demand Environments

Master’s thesis dedicated to analyzing the integration of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) within the supply chain, investigating its interactions and interdependencies with related planning systems. The study combined literature review and logistics process analysis to identify process gaps and propose improvement recommendations for distribution planning, materials management, and customer service performance.
