Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the predominant pathological conditions in the majority of women.Which results from endocrine disorders. Approximately 6-10% of women of childbearing age suffer from this at ages (12-45%), which results in a lack or loss of fertility in females, due to an increase in androgens in women, which leads to a lack of ovulation and an increase in body weight and the emergence of obesity, and thus will lead to irregular or interrupted menstruation. (Stadnicka G.& etal:2015) Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors, and obesity is one of the risk factors for developing it, in addition to lack of movement and the presence of similar cases in the family. The diagnosis of PCOS depends on two of three things that can be found in the syndrome, anovulation, and an increase in the level of androgens. And ovarian cysts, which can be detected by ultrasound, and that PCOS has no specific treatment, and tre

The best means and ways to develop an athlete's physical and skill capabilities, and among these means is the use of training aids that help develop some bio-kinetic abilities, and prepared exercises have had an important role in improving athletic performance in badminton, where the player must possess physical fitness, explosive power, and strength. Characterized by speed as well as accuracy, awareness, and focus while playing on the court, the badminton player must be physically fit through a continuous movement of small and large muscles to achieve good performance, which requires special physical abilities and skills, and the most important of these bio-kinetic abilities are agility, coordination, and measuring the coordination between the eye and the arm. These abilities are needed by the badminton player while playing on the court. The study aimed to prepare special exercises using some auxiliary tools to develop some bio-kinetic abilities and the accuracy of the crushing and lightning forehand strikes among badminton players, in addition to identifying the effect of special exercises using some auxiliary tools on For badminton players, the researcher adopted the experimental method, and the sample number was (10) players from the badminton training center in the Armenian club, aged (17-19). They were distributed into two experimental and control groups, and they were chosen randomly because the research objectives require the use of athletes proficient in the game's technical performance. The researcher applied her main experiment using special exercises with some auxiliary tools, with (4) training units per week for (8) weeks. The results of the study showed that there was a positive effect on the results of bio-kinetic abilities between the two groups and in favor of the experimental group. It was shown in the kinetic response speed test for the first experimental group 7.423, agility 3.012, and compatibility 3.123, and for the second experimental group in the kinetic response speed test 3.208, agility 6.861, and compatibility 6.907. As for the skill tests for the first experimental group, The front smash hit was 7,234 and the diagonal front snap shot was 28.00. It was shown in the skill tests for the second experimental group that the front smash hit was 3,372 and the diagonal front snap shot was 3,400, which included exercises. The researcher recommends adopting the results of this study and disseminating them, and emphasizing equipping the stadiums with modern training methods, due to the results they achieve. Positive physical development serves one of the goals of sustainable development: good health and good education.

The importance of the research lies in developing flexibility exercises (positive and negative) that help improve the level of physical and skill performance, address some weak points, and develop factors that work to implement skills with a wider range of motion, accuracy, and high strength. This is what makes the game of badminton more developed and successful. Performing (dimensions) strokes And the forward projection) by not using the wrist and the correct movement of the striking arm. This makes the player’s performance ineffective, which requires her to practice flexibility and movement flow to address this weakness. The study aims to prepare exercises using flexibility (positive and negative) and to know the effect of flexibility exercises on some physical characteristics, accuracy and power of strikes (dimensions and forward projection،The researchers experimental method by designing two equal groups and on a sample of (10) female players. As for the field study procedures, flexibility exercises (positive and negative) were carried out over a period of (10) weeks and two units per week. The researchers concluded that Flexibility exercises (positive and negative) developed some physical characteristics and the accuracy and power of strokes, the data was analyzed using the spss version 26 application ., The results showed that (2) concentration has a significant impact on badminton skills ,with asignification mark of Push up test in 15 sec 2,01

This study aimed to prepare a program (physical-nutritional) for women with polycystic ovary, as well as to identify the effect of this program on some body measurements and the incidence of polycystic ovarian syndrome in the research sample. A total of 12 women (aged 20-25 years) with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) participated in the randomized controlled trial design. They were divided equally into two groups (experimental and control group). The experimental group received the physical-nutritional program accompanying the treatment program, while the control group received only the instructions of the specialist doctor and the treatment program prepared by them. The two researchers applied their nutritional program over a period of two months and a day. As for the physical program, it was applied by 3 units per week, for a period of two months, which included a set of aerobic exercises. The assessments were done using the ultrasound assessment for radiographic examination and other body measurements such as BMI (Body Mass Index). The statistical analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results of the current study showed that there were statistically significant differences between pre and post-test results of the experimental and control group for the study variables, in favor of the post-test (p < 0.05). Statistically significant differences were also found between the post-test score averages of the experimental and the control group, in favor of the experimental group (p < 0.05). In conclusion, diet helps to improve the work of vital organizations by targeting insulin resistance to reduce it, as it is one of the indicators that works to increase polycystic ovaries. About sports activities, they contribute to the regulation of the hormonal system and in this way reduce the incidence of PCOS.
