    C. N. Vidhya Lakshmi, Santhosh Kumar, Gibin G. Varghese, Leena Jenefa, P. Usha Nandhini
AI Powered Pedagogy Academic Transformation and Faculty Empowerment, 2026
The fast-growing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education is deeply changing how people see teaching and learning. AI brings powerful opportunities to make learning more personalized for each student, reduce the heavy workload of teachers by handling routine tasks, and support better decisions using data collected through various methods and experiences. This chapter stresses the urgent need for teachers to develop the right skills to use AI tools properly and shares practical strategies to help improve their confidence and ability in using such technologies. This also views teachers not just as people who use AI, but as active contributors in shaping how AI will influence the future of education. When teachers are given the proper tools, a positive mindset, and a strong ethical base, classrooms can grow into more active, inclusive, and future-focused spaces for learning

IEEE International Conference on Electronic Systems and Intelligent Computing Icesic 2026 Proceedings, 2026
AI refers to a computer network capable of simulating human decision-making to solve commercial problems. AI has the capability to transform many elements of company operations. It can analyze data, estimate demand, improve logistics routes, and uncover supply chain bottlenecks. Modern corporate management relies heavily on supply chain optimization to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. This involves obtaining raw ingredients and delivering completed items to consumers. Optimization is the purposeful use of modern technology, process innovations, and data analytics to cut costs, shorten delivery times, and enhance overall performance. This learning purposes to fill a research gap by recognizing advanced technology that can expand SCM performance with highest possible for AI, the impact and applications on SCM concert.
  • Strategic Analysis of the Global Widebody Aircraft Market: AI-Driven Fleet Optimization, Interior Innovation, and Supply Chain Resilience
M Kanisha, P Prince, Leena Jenefa, Sachin Sabharwal, S Ashok Kumar, M. Jayakumar
IEEE International Conference on Electronic Systems and Intelligent Computing Icesic 2026 Proceedings, 2026
Aviation contributes directly to GDP through airline operations, airport activities, and the manufacture of aircraft and aviation-related equipment. With estimates predicting increased mobility over the next several decades and annual flight departures estimated to exceed 16 billion by 2050, there is a need for the aviation industry and its stakeholders to examine new types of aircraft and technology. As passenger traffic exceeds pre-pandemic levels, airlines aggressively pursue fleet modernization to grab high-yield premium customers. The rising density of technology options, evolving consumer demand, and increasingly complex systems may eventually test our capacity to make judgments based on optimum balances. This paper analyzed about the competitive dynamics between the Airbus A350, Boeing 787, and Boeing 777X, in aircraft interiors, airlines employed from vertical integration to asset cannibalization and supply chain.

    Leena Jenefa, M. Jayakumar, R. M. Dilip Charaan, P. R. Therasa, F. George, D. Amutha
Emerging AI Governance and Digital Innovations for Sustainable Organizations, 2026
Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly seen as a crucial instrument for tackling the most serious difficulties confronting modern industry, including the quest of sustainability. The usage of AI is assisting businesses in navigating corporate sustainability difficulties, but present research lacks a thorough examination of how firms employ AI to improve sustainability. Finally, this paper provides an integrated paradigm for sustainability-oriented AI adoption, emphasizing the need of connecting AI activities with organizational sustainability goals in order to preserve a competitive edge and drive development. As a result, it emphasizes the importance of strong data management, system integration, and continuous performance monitoring in order to eliminate opposition to AI adoption and fully realize AI's promise in the quest of sustainability.

  • Impact of AI in Patient Engagement: Smart Revolution in Health Sector
    Leena Jenefa, M. Jayakumar
Next Generation Medical Devices and Robotics, 2025
The healthcare sector is always evolving, but keeping ahead of the curve necessitates more than simply new medical procedures and technologies. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a fast emerging field that will have an impact on both individual patient care and the healthcare system. As the sector grows, so does the demand for efficient marketing tactics that target the appropriate audience at the right time. AI improves patient education by selecting trustworthy, tailored material and offering rapid responses via chatbots. This increases patient awareness, fosters confidence, and establishes healthcare institutions as reliable providers of information and assistance. This paper will look at the acceptance, advantages, and limitations of AI in the healthcare business, focusing light on AI's potential to revolutionize healthcare while also emphasizing the importance of cautious deployment and ethical consideration.

AI and robots provide significant potential for human growth in the near future. These systems have prompted issues regarding their purpose, long-term hazards, and appropriate use. They question the assumption that humans are the only intelligent and dominating species on Earth.AI holds enormous promise for economic development, social advancement, human well-being, and safety enhancements. AI-based expertise offers significant risks to handlers, designers and humanity due to data biases, safety, confidentiality, and ethical problems. This article concentrated on ethical difficulties that occur with AI structures as objects, i.e., tools shaped and hand-me-down by people. It covers anxieties about confidentiality and management and prejudice, human-robot collaboration, engagement, and the impact of individuality. When artificial intelligence expertise erodes employees' expertise, and they are more likely to leave. Artificial intelligence technology is commonly employed in different service sectors, such as cookery, guest rooms, and advertising. Virtual aides have been placed in selling the goods and services to respond rapidly to visitors' requests. • Unveiling the Enigma of Shadow: Ethical Difficulties in the Field of AI
    S. Catherine, N. V. Suresh, T Mangaiyarkarasi, Leena Jenefa
Navigating Data Science Unleashing the Creative Potential of Artificial Intelligence, 2025
Abstract AI in the workplace is a double-edged sword. It's powerful for progress but also risky. Well-managed Shadow AI, with a positive outlook, can unlock new levels of productivity, knowledge and a competitive risk associated with all AI outside strict IT rules is Shadow AI. Shadow AI often starts with well-meaning employees who just want to solve problems and work better with the help of AI technology. They're not trying to break the rules, just find solutions. The potential benefits and risks of Shadow AI usage in organisations and their data privacy along with the data classification for secure Generative AI (GenAI) use were discussed with extensive review of literature and suggestions given. Shadow AI, the unauthorised use of AI tools within organisations, presents both opportunities and challenges. This work proposes a conceptual framework to help organisations navigate this complex landscape. The framework emphasises the importance of shadow AI for secure GenAI use, the development of an AI acceptable use policy and the implementation of employee training programs on responsible AI practices. Additionally, it highlights the need for robust security measures to monitor and control AI usage. By adopting this framework, organisations can mitigate the risks associated with Shadow AI, such as data breaches, legal issues and wasted resources while unlocking its potential benefits like enhanced decision-making, increased productivity and fostered innovation. The framework contributes to a future where AI adoption aligns with ethical principles, transparency and the greater good.
