Long-Term Effects of "Yer Malhami" Fertilizer: A Study on its Impact and Effectiveness Guzal Sherkuzieva, Feruza Salomova Bio Web of Conferences, 2025 This study evaluated the long-term toxicological and hygienic effects of the biological fertilizer “Yer Malhami” in white rats. The study used hygienic, toxicological, biochemical and statistical methods in accordance with the guidelines for environmental testing of bioinsecticides. A 12-month chronic experiment was conducted focusing on potential gonadotoxic, embryotropic and mutagenic effects. Rats were administered different doses of “Yer Malhami” and changes in body weight, reproductive cycles and cellular composition were observed. The results showed no significant disturbances in reproductive cycles or spermatogenesis, and chromosomal aberration tests showed no mutagenic effects. Although a slight decrease in fetal survival was observed at toxic doses, this was due to general toxicity rather than specific reproductive harm. The study concluded that Yer Malhami is safe for long-term use as a biofertilizer, with no adverse effects on reproductive or genetic health in the animals tested. Further studies are recommended to examine its safety in different species and environmental conditions.
Analysing The Wildlife Health Response to Zoonotic Disease Outbreaks for Vaccination Efficacy and Disease Prevention Strategies Feruza Salomova, Lola Sanaeva, Farida Azizova, Shaxnoz Tursunova, Sardorbek Isroilov, et al. Journal of Animal Environment, 2025 The proportion of emerging infectious diseases worldwide comprises zoonotic diseases, infections acquired from animals and humans. Human health is under significant threat from pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, and parasites, exacerbated by factors such as urbanization, deforestation, and increased contact between humans and animals. Reasonable responses to zoonotic diseases, including surveillance, early detection, quarantine, and vaccination, are essential for controlling their spread. Specifically, vaccination contributes to disease prevention by providing herd immunity and reducing the number of vulnerable individuals in a population. Yet, issues such as vaccine accessibility, transportation challenges, and vaccine hesitancy make it difficult to reach the entire population. To address these concerns, they must conduct ongoing research and develop novel vaccines, particularly to address emergent zoonotic threats. The One Health approach, which connects human, animal, and environmental health, is also crucial for understanding the dynamics of the disease and enhancing prevention measures. This strategy focuses on the significance of interdisciplinary cooperation between ecological, public health, and veterinary spheres. To have a holistic approach to zoonotic diseases, the world must work together more than ever before, with better surveillance systems and more access to vaccines, and that too in the low-income areas. The next step should be to enhance vaccine technologies, develop better tools for detecting outbreaks early, and strengthen health infrastructure to reduce the severity of zoonotic disease outbreaks. Effective surveillance and monitoring of wildlife health in jungle ecosystems are crucial for detecting early signs of zoonotic diseases and preventing their spread to humans. Protecting wildlife habitats and minimizing human-wildlife contact are key strategies in reducing disease transmission. Vaccination programs for wildlife in remote jungle areas face logistical challenges but are essential for controlling zoonotic diseases. Innovative vaccine delivery methods, such as oral vaccines or aerial distribution, are vital for preventing the transmission of diseases from animals to humans.
Retraction: Nutrition of frequently ill preschool children in organized collectives (BIO Web of Conferences (2024) 84 (01011) DOI: 10.1051/bioconf/20248401011) N.O. Akhmadaliyeva, F.I. Salomova, Kh.A. Sadullayeva, L.K. Abdukadirova, A.O. Imamova Bio Web of Conferences, 2024 Rational nutrition of preschool children is an important condition for their harmonious growth, physical and neuropsychic development, resistance to infectious diseases and resistance to adverse environmental factors. Nutrition is an essential and constantly acting factor on which the health of children depends. Frequently ill children are usually characterized by an immature type of immunological response that does not provide optimal adaptation of the child to the external environment. At the same time, the insufficiency of the regulatory mechanisms of the immune system is temporary and is closely related to violations of the morphofunctional state of a frequently ill child. An important factor in the rehabilitation of frequently ill children is the creation of optimal conditions for their growth and development, ensuring adequate maturation of organs and systems, which cannot be achieved without a rational, balanced diet.

Hygienic characteristics of teaching staff labor conditions in different universities of the Republic of Uzbekistan Akhmadalieva Nigora, Salomova Feruza, A. Lola, Sadullaeva A. Khosiyat, Boltaeva Dildora Indian Journal of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, 2020 The article is devoted to the study of the professional activities characteristics of university teachers, thepossible risk factors that affect the state of teacher’s health in the course of his work are considered, solutionsfor protecting the health of the teaching staff and the increase in the labor efficiency of teachers of highereducational institutions are proposed. It was revealed that the actual time costs of teaching staff exceed the established standards of the teacher’sworking time; however, the teacher’s work does not have clear regulation (except for scheduled classes);all types of work performed take up 95% of the working time and are integral elements of the teacher’sactivities. A general assessment of working conditions by the tension level, the harmfulness and dangerdegree, performed in accordance with SanPiN 0141-03, considering the most significant factors (the laborprocess intensity), allows to classify the labor of university professors in our republic as class 3 (harmful),3 degrees of harmfulness
